The Nozzle Cost Reduction kit enables you to test PerfectArcs nozzles in your facilities--with our no-risk guarantee
We would like to offer you a no-risk way to experience for yourself the value of PerfectArcs™ self-cleaning weld nozzles. You can test PerfectArcs nozzles in your facilities--in any manner that you prefer--under any conditions you choose. As part of your NCR kit, we will provide you with suggested test procedures and blank test forms to help you record appropriate test data that will assist you in your comparison of PerfectArcs nozzles with the nozzles you are presently using.
A one-time NCR kit fee of $75.00. -- 100% refundable if you are not 100% satisfied
For a one-time fee of $75.00, we will provide a Nozzle Cost Reduction (NCR) kit to qualifying companies and corporations with present annual nozzle requirements of 500 or more. Your NCR kit will consist of the following four elements:
1. Six (6) coated PerfectArcs nozzles. [We will coat up to six nozzles for you and there is no charge of any kind for the coating process for the nozzles that are part of your NCR kit. Nozzles may vary greatly in size, shape, surface area, and the cost to coat--so in order to simplify matters we will apply PerfectArcs self-cleaning coating to your qualifying NCR kit nozzles for you at no charge. The $75.00 NCR kit fee is used to partially cover our expenses for setup, fixtures, handling, etc. The cost of production-quantity PerfectArcs self-cleaning nozzles typically ranges from $15.00 to $75.00 per nozzle depending on nozzle type, size, shape, order quantities, and other factors.]

After your testing is complete, if you do not agree that the results of your tests indicate that PerfectArcs nozzles will last at least 5 to 20 times longer and require significantly less cleaning time than your present nozzles, we will Cancel your invoice (or, if you have already paid, we will refund to you 100% of your payment).
If you chose to order a NCR kit, you will send to us six of the nozzles (new and non-plated) that you are now using in your welding operations. We will transform the six nozzles you send us into PerfectArcs nozzles--and we will then return the nozzles to you along with materials to aid you in your cost reduction determinations.
